When I finally decided it was time for my business to have its own web page, I wanted to use someone local to design it for me. So I used Google and found First Wave. I emailed First Wave stating my intentions and Lynn Riel immediately gave me a call. Lynn was very enthusiastic and very personable. We made a point to meet shortly thereafter to discuss what I was looking for and what First Wave was able to provide. After the first meeting I knew I chose the right person for my needs. Lynn made me feel comfortable about something I didn’t know a lot about. She was very interested in what my business was about and what I offered. She listened to my ideas and offered many suggestions. Lynn is also very meticulous and if she finds something that isn’t quite right (even if you don’t see it) she brings it to your attention and immediately fixes the problem. Lynn also designed some business cards for me and had them printed up for a very reasonable rate. When I needed a menu board for Canal Days,

Lynn was able to design that as well and had in printed and ready within a week. If I have a problem with the my web page or I need something changed, one quick email to Lynn and she looks after it immediately. Lynn is very professional but makes you feel very comfortable at the same time. I’d recommend First Wave to anyone looking to develop a new web page or give their old one a face lift. Being new to Port Colborne and opening a restaurant we needed an expert on the town, marketing strategies and of course web design (and search engine optimization) I viewed First Wave’s website and was very impressed with the work they had done on their own site and others.
